1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using X-RAY ("Service") at xray-ai.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
The Service is operated by an individual ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.
2. Service Description
X-RAY is an AI-powered image analysis service that determines whether an image was generated by artificial intelligence or captured by a human. Results are provided as a confidence score and are for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. X-RAY should not be used as the sole basis for legal, journalistic, or forensic decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and included limits are described on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. After that period, your account will revert to the free tier.
We do not prorate or issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
7. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions, plan upgrades, or one-time purchases.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a correction.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
— Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract model outputs at scale for competitive purposes.
— Use automated tools to bypass rate limits or access restrictions.
— Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
— Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these rules without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its AI models, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.
Analysis results and PDF reports generated by the Service may be used for personal and commercial purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate in all cases.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Uploaded images and analysis data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
