1. Overview

X-RAY offers subscription-based access to its AI image detection service. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

2. Subscription Plans

X-RAY offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

A free tier is available with no payment required. Charges only apply when you upgrade to a paid plan.

3. Refund Eligibility

Monthly plans: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

Annual plans: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued for unused complete months.

Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of a plan. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

A refund is only granted if you have used less than 10% of your available checks at the time of the request.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Renewal charges for existing subscriptions are non-refundable.

Charges incurred after the refund window has expired are non-refundable.

Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

One-time add-ons or credits, if offered, are non-refundable once applied to your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your registered email address and a brief description of the reason for your request.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Plan Downgrades and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Downgrading your plan mid-cycle does not entitle you to a partial refund for the current period.
